Erik Litzenberg - Head of Field Operations Erik oversees the Field Operations of Santa Fe Wildfire, and has been in the fire service since 1994. Erik has extensive experience in wildland fire through his work with the Santa Fe City Fire Department, the Santa Fe County Fire Department, and New Mexico State Forestry - Bernalillo District. Erik is a certified Engine Boss, Crew Boss, ICT 4, and Strike Team trainee. Erik is a Captain with the Santa Fe City Fire Department, is a graduate of the Executive Fire Officer program at the National Fire Academy, and holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico. |

Matt Laessig - Head of Business Operations Matt oversees the business operations of Santa Fe Wildfire, including marketing, business development, and finance. Matt has had extensive experience in business management, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. Matt is a certified Wildland Firefighter 2. |
