Santa Fe Wildfire currently offers a staffed and fully equipped Type 6 Engine for wildland fire prevention and suppression activities. Our engine and personnel come fully equipped and qualified as per the requirements of the NWCG 310-1. We will be adding additional Type 6 Engines later in the 2003 season. Engine One is a 2003 Ford F450 Turbo-Diesel 4x4 with a fire package that includes: · 225 gallon Defend 3 water-tank · Foam Pro 1600 foam system · Waterous PB-18 Vanguard pump · Extensive variety of hoses, nozzles, connectors, and adaptors · Wide selection of line-construction hand tools · Complete Stihl chainsaw kits · Basic Emergency Medical Kit |
